of NDSS explains. “Everything is done right through our secure web server so that
you can use any computer you want to get your work done.” The student registers for
a course or courses through the web site and may begin working on the coursework
immediately. Completion of the traffic school courses is usually followed by a final
exam, either completed online or through a testing center, depending on the region.

Courses are also used for the purposes of obtaining a discount on auto insurance
premiums, the rules and restrictions for which vary depending on the insurance
company. For additional information about whether a driver can qualify for a
discount, they should contact their insurance provider and request information about
the safe driver discount options available to them. Often, drivers must be over the
age of 55 to obtain the discount, though in some states all ages are eligible to
receive it.

“Hopefully, more and more people will take advantage of the ease of using an online
education system such as this,” the representative adds. “It helps us all, because
we share the road with our graduates and want them to be as safe as possible for our
sake as well as theirs.”
